Atelier Luxus joined the group as part of that journey — a Belgian house with a long tradition of crafting high-end switches and outlets in brass, where every piece is finished by hand and judged by the eye.

The role

Atelier Luxus is entering a new phase of growth, and we are building the supply chain function that will carry it through the next decade. We are looking for someone to shape how planning, scheduling and materials coordination work here — designing the processes, standing up the tools, and embedding new ways of working across the site.

This is a hands-on role, not an advisory one. You won't hand a slide deck to someone else to execute — you'll be the one rolling up your sleeves to put much of it in place yourself.

What you will do

Understand the atelier as it is today. Spend real time on the shopfloor and with the team before changing anything. Understand how a custom order moves through the atelier, how the team absorbs a rush request, where time and materials actually go. The best design choices come from there.

Shape the planning roadmap. Translate that understanding into a phased plan for how production planning and materials coordination will evolve at the site, and align everyone on what "done" looks like at each step.

Design the planning and replenishment model. Define the target way of working: planning cadence, replenishment rules, decision rights, master data standards. Simple enough to actually run on a Monday morning.

Build the measurement layer. Stand up the KPIs and visibility — on-time performance, throughput, shortage risk — that the site needs to steer itself.

Lead the ERP rollout on site. Be the business owner for the implementation — BOMs, routings, transactional discipline, change management with the team.

Bring the team along the change. Run pilots, adjust based on what the floor tells you, train people on new ways of working, and make sure new tools replace old ones rather than coexist with them.

What we are looking for

• A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.

• Around 3 years of experience, with a clear track record of leading projects or process improvements in an industrial or operations environment — consulting, internal transformation, ERP implementation or operational excellence backgrounds all fit.

• Enough supply chain or production exposure to understand planning fundamentals (MPS, MRP, capacity, S&OP) and design for them. You don't need to have been a master scheduler.

• Comfort building things from the ground up, and the willingness to get your hands dirty doing it — this is as much about pulling processes forward yourself as it is about designing them.

• Strong project management instincts — structuring work, managing stakeholders across very different functions, and finishing what you start.

• Hands-on with ERP (Odoo, D365 or equivalent) and advanced Excel. Having contributed to an ERP implementation is a meaningful asset.

• A bias toward simplification and toward building things that outlast you.

• Credibility on the shopfloor. You respect the work of the artisans and you understand that the plan exists to protect that work, not to compress it.

• Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a strong asset.

Chaque produit est conçu avec une attention méticuleuse aux détails, alliant un savoir-faire métallurgique d’exception, des patines de surface raffinées et une exécution mécanique de précision, pour créer des pièces à la fois fonctionnelles et objets de qualité intemporelle.

Dans le cadre de notre appartenance à la Prado Family et d'une nouvelle phase de croissance, nous cherchons un(e) Supply Chain Analyst(e) qui va mettre les mains dans le cambouis pour repenser la façon dont la planification, l'ordonnancement et la coordination des matières fonctionnent ici.
Concevoir les processus, choisir et déployer les bons outils, ancrer de nouvelles façons de travailler sur le site; c'est ça le cœur du poste. Ce n'est pas un rôle de consultant : vous ne préparez pas un rapport que quelqu'un d'autre ira exécuter. Vous êtes la personne qui retrousse ses manches et qui concrétise elle-même une grande partie de ce qui est imaginé.

Vos responsabilités

• Passerez du temps réel sur le terrain et avec l'équipe pour comprendre l'atelier tel qu'il est aujourd'hui. Comment une commande sur mesure circule dans l'atelier, comment l'équipe absorbe une demande urgente, où passent réellement le temps et les matières. C'est de là que viennent les meilleurs choix de conception.

• Traduirez ce que vous avez appris en un plan progressif pour faire évoluer la planification de production et la coordination des matières sur le site. Vous alignerez tout le monde sur ce que signifie "abouti" à chaque étape.

• Définirez ensuite la cible: cadence de planification, règles de réapprovisionnement, droits de décision, standards de données maîtres. L'objectif est un modèle suffisamment simple pour être réellement applicable un lundi matin.

• Mettrez en place les KPIs et la visibilité dont le site a besoin pour se piloter: OTIF, débit, risque de rupture.

• Pilotez le déploiement ERP sur le site et soyez le référent métier de l'implementation: nomenclatures, gammes, discipline transactionnelle et conduite du changement avec l'équipe.

• Embarquez l'équipe dans le changement: Lancez des pilotes, ajustez en fonction des retours du terrain, formez les équipes aux nouvelles façons de travailler, et veillez à ce que les nouveaux outils remplacent les anciens plutôt que de coexister avec eux.

Ce que nous recherchons

• Master ou Bachelor en Supply Chain, Génie Industriel, Operations Management ou domaine équivalent.

• Environ 3 ans d'expérience, avec un parcours clair de conduite de projets ou d'amélioration de processus dans un environnement industriel ou opérationnel: les profils conseil, transformation interne, implémentation ERP ou excellence opérationnelle conviennent.

• Une exposition supply chain ou production suffisante pour maîtriser les fondamentaux de la planification (MPS, MRP, capacité, S&OP) et concevoir en conséquence. Vous n'avez pas besoin d'avoir été master scheduler.

• À l'aise pour construire depuis une page blanche, et prêt à mettre les mains dans le cambouis. Ce rôle consiste autant à faire avancer les processus soi-même qu'à les concevoir.

• Solides instincts de gestion de projet: structuration du travail, gestion de parties prenantes très différentes, et capacité à mener les choses jusqu'au bout.

• À l'aise avec un ERP (Odoo, D365 ou équivalent) et avec Excel avancé. Avoir contribué à une implémentation ERP est un atout significatif.

• Un biais vers la simplification et vers des solutions qui vous survivront.

• Vous respectez le travail des artisans et vous comprenez que le plan existe pour protéger ce travail, pas pour le compresser.

• Français et Anglaiscourants ; le néerlandais est un atout important.
