Your missions:

• Prepare quotations and manage orders from A to Z.

• Enter and follow up orders, including those from external sales representatives.

• Handle customer contacts (calls and emails) in Belgium and internationally.

• Keep clients informed about the progress of their orders and any potential changes.

• Manage after-sales service requests.

• Opportunity to represent our products in showrooms and at international events.

Profile required:

• Degree in International Trade or equivalent.

• Ability to work both in a team and independently.

• Adaptability and a strong SME mindset.

• Proficiency in French and English (minimum B2); Dutch is a strong asset (minimum B2).

• Excellent spelling and written communication skills.

• Driving licence B + personal vehicle (our location is not served by public transport).

• Full-time contract from Monday to Friday.

• Fixed-term contract with the possibility of a permanent contract.

• Informer les clients sur l’avancement et les éventuelles modifications de leurs commandes.

• Gérer les demandes SAV.

• Possibilité de représenter nos produits dans des showrooms et lors d’événements internationaux.

Profil recherché :

• Diplôme en commerce extérieur ou équivalent.

• Capacité à travailler en équipe comme en autonomie.

• Adaptabilité et esprit PME.

• Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais (min. B2) ; le néerlandais est un atout (min. B2).

• Orthographe irréprochable.

• Permis B + véhicule personnel (site non desservi par les transports publics).
